Ontario's Liberal government has introduced legislation which will make it illegal for drivers under 21 to have any alcohol in their system when they're behind the wheel. The change will also apply to every new driver during their first year on the road, no matter what the driver's age. Another section of the bill will limit the number of teens allowed to be in a vehicle at one time.
